Terms and conditions

The 2026 Spring Mobil Delvac™ Rebate Program is limited to purchases made at participating retailers listed below and excludes online purchases at Amazon.com according to the terms herein ("Offer"). Purchase Eligible Product(s) (as defined below) from a participating retailer(s) ("Participating Retailer") in the product size(s) listed below between February 1, 2026 and April 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Register online or mail original register receipt(s) from a Participating Retailer to receive a Mobil Delvac™ MasterCard® Prepaid Card. This 2026 Fall Mobil Delvac™ Rebate Program agreement (“Agreement”) is between: <div class="indent"> you, a customer (“Customer”); and ExxonMobil Product Solutions Company, 22777 Springwoods Village Parkway, Spring TX, 77389 (“Sponsor”). </div> The Offer is limited to purchases of only Eligible Products, as identified below. The Offer is limited to a maximum total of up to $80 back per household. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or change this promotional offer at any time. Eligibility: <ul> <li>By participating in the Offer, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement;</li> <li>Eligibility is determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Customers agree to Sponsor's determination of all Sponsor's interpretations under this Agreement.</li> <li>Eligible Customers must purchase Eligible Products from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period. Submission of purchases made from non-participating retailers are not valid and do not form a basis for rebate. Submission of purchases made from Amazon.com or the Amazon App are not valid and do not form a basis for rebate. Submissions of receipts based on oil change services are not valid and do not form a basis for rebate.</li> <li>The Offer is open only to legal residents who have reached the legal age of majority in their state of residence at the time of submission.</li> <li>Offer only available to individuals; requests from businesses, groups, clubs, or organizations are not valid and do not form a basis for rebate.</li> <li>Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require proof (in a form and substance acceptable to Sponsor): (i) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any information for the purposes of this Offer; and/or (ii) for any other reason or reasons that Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole discretion, for the purposes of administering this Offer in accordance with Sponsor’s interpretation of the letter and spirit of these terms. Failure to provide any such proof to the reasonable satisfaction of Sponsor within the timeline specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification.</li> <li>Void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed.</li> </ul> To receive your rebate(s): <ul> <li>Only eligible Customers may receive a rebate.</li> <li>Fully complete the online proof of purchase form at promotions.mobil.com/offers/delvacrebate. Upload an image of your receipt(s) from a participating retailer dated during the Promotion Period with Eligible Product(s) circled. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST, May 7, 2026. You must complete a separate online offer form for each receipt with Eligible Products. Illegible images will not be accepted.</li> <li>For online purchases, upload the invoice and final delivery or pick-up receipt for your qualifying purchase from a participating retailer.</li> <li> OR, print your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included), and valid email address on the mail-in offer form; and mail the original unaltered receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a participating retailer with Eligible Product(s) circled along with completed mail-in offer form to: Mobil Delvac™ Spring 2026 Rebate P.O. Box 1067 Grand Rapids, MN 55745 </li> <li>Claim mail-in submissions must be received by May 14, 2026.</li> <li>If you are submitting a mail-in offer form, you must complete a new form for each receipt with Eligible Products.</li> </ul> Receiving your MasterCard Prepaid Card: <ul> <li>If an Eligible Customer submits an online claim, the Eligible Customer will be able to select either a virtual or physical MasterCard Prepaid Card during the submission process. If the Eligible Customer chooses a virtual card, it will be sent to the email address on file. If the Eligible Customer chooses a physical card, the Eligible Customer will receive a physical MasterCard Prepaid Card mailed to the address on file.</li> <li>If an Eligible Customer submits a mail-in claim that is approved, in Sponsor's sole discretion, the Eligible Customer will receive a physical MasterCard Prepaid Card mailed to the address on the mail-in offer form.</li> </ul> Rebate conditions: Rebate is valid in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Void the U.S. Virgin Islands, and where prohibited, restricted, or taxed. Eligible products can be purchased together on one (1) receipt or purchased separately and combined in one (1) envelope. Rebate limits for each eligible product and product size are defined above. Each rebate request must contain the original offer form and original receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period. Rebate eligible for in-stock items only. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR CHANGE THE OFFER AT ANY TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION. SPONSOR HAS THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO TAKE WHATEVER MEASURES OR ACTIONS IT DEEMS NECESSARY TO HELP ENSURE THAT THE OFFER IS ADMINISTERED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPONSOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND SPIRIT OF THESE TERMS. Please allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for the delivery of the MasterCard Prepaid Card. Pay close attention to the expiration date of the card. Incomplete, mechanically reproduced, altered and/or forged receipts or Offer forms of any kind, or receipts or Offer forms not obtained through authorized channels, will not be accepted. Invalid or duplicate requests above the stated limit will not be honored or returned. The return of any MasterCard Prepaid Cards as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the Offer. By participating, Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and vendors and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for any late or non‐delivered emails, postage, or other computer‐ or communications‐related failures, caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties. All requests become the property of Sponsor and are nonreturnable. Sponsor has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem, or return requests not in compliance with these terms. This Offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without Sponsor's written permission. Trading, buying, selling, or manufacturing of receipts, offer forms, cards, or e‐prepaid cards is a violation of the terms of this Offer. Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold Sponsor and the Released Parties harmless against any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or any other liability, which any of them may incur in connection with the Offer or for which any of them may become liable, arising out of the wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of or alleged violations of law by Customer in connection with this Offer, including claims arising from or related to actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or any actual or alleged violation of any other intellectual property or proprietary rights arising from or in connection with Customer's participation in the Offer. CUSTOMERS AGREE THAT 1.) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE OFFER, OR ANY REBATES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; 2.) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE OFFER BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND 3.) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, withdraw, amend, or suspend this Offer (or to amend these terms) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Offer as contemplated by these terms, including, but not limited to, any error, problem, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or failure of any kind whatsoever. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer in any way (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Please see the full Privacy Policy for details. Participant's personally identifiable information is not shared with third parties unless we give prior notice and choice. We do not rent, disclose, or share personal information or aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. Though we may use an intermediary to conduct promotions, they may not use Customer's personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. By participating in the Offer, you hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy. Customer's information will be used for purposes of direct marketing, research, and monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of Sponsor's products. By signing up, customer consents to the ExxonMobil Privacy Policy, and ExxonMobil Terms and Conditions, and agree to receive exclusive Mobil 1 DR1VRS CLUBSM content and marketing communications from Sponsor. Customer agrees that Sponsor and their designees and assigns may use the Customer's name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission, or notification. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these terms or the rights and obligations of Customers, Sponsor, or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the state of Texas, applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. Customer consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the state of Texas in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these terms or relating to this Offer.
