Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW, RULE, OR REGULATION.

OFFER PERIOD: In return for the opportunity to participate in the Mobil 1™ MORE MILES, MORE W1NS INSTANT WIN Offer described herein (the Offer”), ExxonMobil Oil Corporation (“Sponsor”) requires your agreement, and you hereby agree, to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Official Rules”). The Offer begins 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on May 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on August 31, 2025 (“Offer Period”). Offer is sponsored by ExxonMobil Oil Corporation, 22777 Springwoods Village Parkway, Spring, TX 77389 (the “Sponsor”).

PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES THE ENTRANT’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO, AND ACCEPTANCE OF, THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
ELIGIBILITY: The Offer is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence and are at least 18 years of age or older (or 19 if a resident of AL or NE) as of May 1, 2025. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. Territories and Possessions, and wherever else prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of the Sponsor, the other Offer Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees or officials of any government, or government-owned or government-controlled entity, that has regulatory authority over Exxon Mobil Corporation or any of its affiliates and any and all other companies associated with the Offer are not eligible to participate or win a Prize (as defined below).

The “Offer Entities” shall mean organizations directly involved with this Offer including, Sponsor, TPN Commerce, LLC, and Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc., and each of the preceding entities’ respective subsidiaries or affiliated entities, and their officers, employees, and agents.

The Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Offer Period, eligible participants may enter in any of the two (2) following ways (limit of (2) entries per household regardless of the method of entry):
1. ONLINE ENTRY WITH PURCHASE: To enter via this method of entry, purchase any five (5) quarts or more of any Mobil 1TM motor oil at a participating retail store or receive a Mobil 1 oil change at an authorized installer location, during the Offer Period (a “Qualifying Purchase”), excluding Advanced Auto Parts, Amazon, AutoZone and O’Reilly Auto Parts. Then, visit promotions.mobil.com/offers/moremilesmorewins (the “Website”) to complete and submit an official entry form, including uploading a copy of your in-store or online receipt showing your Qualifying Purchase, store name, store location, and date of purchase, between May 1, 2025, and August 31, 2025, and following the on-screen instructions to play the instant win game and receive one (1) Offer Play. Each Qualifying Purchase receipt may only be used once.
  
  After the Offer Play, the entrant will receive notification on the Website screen as to the whether he/she is a potential “Instant Winner” (“Notification”). Each entrant who receives a winning Notification will be deemed a potential Instant Winner subject to verification of the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. An entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the notification should so indicate, unless and until entrant’s eligibility and the potential winning Offer Play have been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. Any Offer Play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play, is void, and will not be honored.
  
  Once the entry form and photo of your Qualifying Purchase is received and verified, Participant will receive the prize indicated, if the submission is deemed to be ineligible, the prize will not be awarded.
2. MAIL-IN FREE METHOD OF ENTRY: You may enter the Offer and receive one (1) Instant Win Play into the Offer by hand-printing your full name, address, city, state and zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), and email address on a 3”x5” postcard and mailing it in a #10 sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to: Mobil 1 MORE MILES MORE WINS Mail-in Entry, P.O. Box 1021, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-1021. Sponsor will use email addresses provided via the Mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Offer is not dependent upon Participant’s provision of this information.
  
  Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by August 31, 2025, and received by September 8, 2025, to be eligible. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries. Non-winning Mail-In submissions will not be responded to.
LIMIT: Two (2) Entries into the Offer per household during the entire Offer Period, regardless of the method of entry, mailing address, or email address. Multiple entries in excess of the limit received during the Offer Period from any person, mobile phone number, household address, or email address after the second entry received from that person, household address, or email address, will be void. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of a Participant that submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Offer.
PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING, AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
1. Instant Win Offer Prizes (13,505): There will be thirteen thousand five hundred (13,505) total Instant Win Offer prizes available during the Promotion Period (each an “Instant Win Offer Prize”) all non-prize winning Offer Plays will receive a digital wallpaper download:
  1. Five (5): Xbox Offer Console; ARV: $550.00
  2. Six Thousand (6,000): $10 Virtual Prepaid Card; ARV: $10.00
  3. Six Thousand (6,000), $5 Virtual Prepaid Card; ARV: $5.00
  4. Fifteen Hundred (1,500): Mobil 1 branded hat; ARV: $10.00
  Virtual prizes will be delivered via email to the email address provided with the entry, please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery from domain “@apfmailer.com.” Physical prizes will be shipped to the address provided in the entry.
2. Total ARV: The ARV of all prizes is $107,750.00.
3. Odds of Winning/Limit: The odds of winning an Instant Win Offer Prize depend on when the entrant completes an Offer Play. The odds of winning a Mail-in Instant Win Prize depend on the total number of eligible Mail-In requests received during the Offer Period. Instant Prizes will be made available at random times throughout the Offer Period. To be a potential winner of an Instant Win Offer Prize, an entrant’s Offer Play must have occurred either at the exact randomly predetermined winning time as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator Upon receipt, Administrator will conduct an Offer Play for each mail-in entry received. Only winners will be notified. If an Offer Play does not occur at the exact randomly predetermined winning time, the next entrant’s Offer Play to occur after that time will be deemed a potential Instant Winner. The number of Instant Win Offer Prize available to be won will decrease during the Offer Period as prizes are awarded and claimed. Decisions of judges are final.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Only the prize specified above will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. All federal, state, and local income taxes, and fees connected to the prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the winner’s responsibility.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All Winners agree to release the Sponsor and the Offer Entities from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the Offer or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded.

Prepaid card terms and conditions apply. Please allow six (6) weeks for delivery following confirmation of winners. Replacement requests, for any reason, will not be considered. Pay close attention to the expiration date on your Virtual Prepaid Mastercard; prepaid cards have expiration dates. Your monies may be used up to the last day of the month of expiration. Prepaid card terms and conditions apply. Offer valid only for individual consumers; requests from groups, businesses, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. Offer cannot be combined with any coupon and/or discount card. Incomplete, damaged, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, altered and/or forged receipts or offer forms of any kind, or receipts or offer forms not obtained through authorized channels, will not be accepted (except as specifically provided herein for online submissions). Invalid or duplicate requests will not be honored or returned.
CLAIMING PRIZE: Winner will be contacted by an email sent to their email address that they used in their online entry. If a potential prize winner does not respond within ten (10) calendar days from the first notification attempt, an alternate Winner may be selected. All taxes are the sole responsibility of each Winner. In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within ten (10) days of the date of issuance or declines the Prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and, time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing at issue.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: If, for any reason, this Offer is not capable of running as planned due to a virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Offer, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable), this cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable. Under no circumstances will Participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or text messages.

Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Offer or downloading any materials in this Offer.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD, DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE Offer IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting Participants’ personal data in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy that can be reviewed at the following link: http://www.exxonmobil.com/Global-All/Legal/privacy.aspx. Please see the full Privacy Policy for details. Participant’s personally identifiable information is not shared with third parties unless we give prior notice and choice. We do not rent, disclose, or share personal information or aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. Though we may use an intermediary to conduct Offer, they may not use Participant’s personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. By participating in the Offer, you hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. Participant’s information (excluding mobile phone number) will be used for purposes of direct marketing, research, and monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of Sponsor ’s products.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering the Offer, where permitted by law, Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor; Administrator; and their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Released Parties”) against any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), any other liability, which any of them may incur or for which any of them may become liable, arising out of the wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of or alleged violations of law by Participant in connection with the Offer, including claims arising from or related to actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or any actual or alleged violation of any other intellectual property or proprietary rights arising from or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Offer or from their acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of the prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of the prize. Participants further acknowledge that the Offer Entities have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. If due to a printing, production, programming or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

By participating, Participant agrees to be bound by these terms and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, or postage-due mail, or for any errors of any kind relating to this Offer. All requests become the property of Sponsor and are nonreturnable. Sponsor has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem, or return requests not in compliance with these terms. The U.S. Postal Service statutes prohibit acts devised to defraud or to obtain money or property by false or fraudulent means if the postal system is involved. This would include, among other things, the use of fictitious names or addresses. This Offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without Sponsor’s written permission. Trading, buying, selling, or manufacturing of receipts or offer forms is a violation of the terms of this promotional Offer. DISPUTES: In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner based on an email address entry, the winning entry will be decided in favor of the authorized account holder of the email address used at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for administering the domain responsible for the email address chosen.

BY ENTERING THE Offer, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT 1.) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE Offer, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; 2.) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE Offer BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND 3.) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and Sponsor or the Offer Entities in connection with the Offer, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with United States law. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Offer or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts of Texas, and the parties’ consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these Official Rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The value of the prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of any prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.
