$10 Gift Card Choice with Take 5 Mobil 1™ Oil Change Purchase

Terms and Conditions

Your choice of a $10 Subway®, Chipotle, or Sonic digital gift card with Purchase Offer (“Offer”) is limited to purchases made at participating Take 5 oil change facilities featuring Mobil 1^TM motor oil (“Participating Location(s)”).

Purchase an oil change with a qualifying Mobil 1™ branded motor oil (“Qualifying Purchase”) at Take 5 Participating Locations between February 1, 2024, and April 30, 2024 (“Promotion Period”) to receive your choice of a $10 Subway, Chipotle, or Sonic digital gift card via email, while supplies last.

Eligible Products are limited to Mobil 1™-branded motor oil.

Offer valid while supplies last and is limited to three (3) gifts per household.

To receive your $10 digital gift card:

Purchase oil change with Eligible Product(s) at a Participating Location during the Promotion Period; and
Take a photo of your sales receipt and complete the online offer form at promotions.mobil.com/offers/take5oilchange. Then upload the photo of your sales receipt dated during the Promotion Period from a Participating Location with Eligible Product(s) indicated. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST, April 30, 2024.

To redeem by mail, and receive your $10 digital gift card by email:

Purchase oil change with Eligible Product(s) at a Participating Location during the Promotion Period; and
Print your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included) and email address (necessary for email delivery of digital gift card) on the official rebate form, and select your choice of gift card. Mail the original receipt dated during the Promotion Period from a Take 5 store with Eligible Mobil 1 product(s) circled along with completed form, postmarked by April 30, 2024, and received by May 7, 2024, to:

Offer conditions: Offer is valid to legal residents in the 50 United States and D.C. who have reached the age of majority in his or her state and are at least 18 years of age or older, excluding where prohibited, restricted, or taxed. Void in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited, restricted, or taxed and only available while supplies last. Eligible Product(s) must be purchased at a Take 5 Participating Location together on one (1) receipt. Limit three (3) gifts per household.

All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST April 30, 2024. The last date for claim validation is April 30, 2024.

Allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for email delivery of gift card from domain “@apfmailer.com” following receipt and verification of all required documentation. Replacement requests, for any reason, will not be considered after thirty (30) days of shipment. Offer valid only for individual consumers (“Participant(s)”); requests from groups, businesses, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. Offer cannot be combined with any coupon and/or discount card. Incomplete, damaged, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, altered, and/or forged receipts or offer forms of any kind, or receipts or offer forms not obtained through authorized channels, will not be accepted (except as specifically provided herein for online submissions). Invalid or duplicate requests will not be honored or returned. By participating, Participant agrees to be bound by these terms and the decisions of ExxonMobil, which are final and binding. ExxonMobil, TPN, Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Co., Inc., and their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, or postage-due mail, or for any errors of any kind relating to this Offer. All requests become the property of ExxonMobil and are nonreturnable. ExxonMobil has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem, or return requests not in compliance with these terms. The U.S. Postal Service statutes prohibit acts devised to defraud or to obtain money or property by false or fraudulent means if the postal system is involved. This would include, among other things, the use of fictitious names or addresses. This Offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without ExxonMobil written permission. Trading, buying, selling, or manufacturing of receipts or offer forms is considered to be in violation of the terms of this promotional Offer. Participant shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Released Parties harmless against any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), or any other liability, which any of them may incur or for which any of them may become liable, arising out of the wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of or alleged violations of law by Participant in connection with the Offer, including claims arising from or related to actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or any actual or alleged violation of any other intellectual property or proprietary rights arising from or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Offer.

Use of Data: Sponsor will be collecting Participants’ personal data in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy that can be reviewed at the following link: http://www.exxonmobil.com/Global-All/Legal/privacy.aspx. Please see the full Privacy Policy for details. Participant’s personally identifiable information is not shared with third parties unless we give prior notice and choice. We do not rent, disclose, or share personal information or aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. Though we may use an intermediary to conduct promotions, they may not use Participant’s personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. By participating in the Offer, you hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy. Participant’s information will be used for purposes of direct marketing, research, and monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of ExxonMobil products.

Participants in this promotion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that ExxonMobil and their designees and assigns may use the Participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission, or notification.

Sonic Terms & Conditions: Your Card never expires and there are no fees. To check Card balance or reload Card, visit sonicdrivein.com/gift-cards. Purchase, use or acceptance of Card constitutes acceptance of Terms. Card is redeemable up to the balance to make online purchases at participating SONIC® locations in the U.S. eGift and digitized Cards only redeemable for online orders placed via the SONIC App. Not redeemable for online orders placed via the website. Card is not redeemable for cash or refundable unless required by law. Not usable to purchase gift cards. Sonic Value Card LLC ("Sonic") is the Card issuer and sole obligor to Card owner, and may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. Chipotle Terms & Conditions: Treat your E-Gift Card like cash that may only be used for making purchases at Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants. Not redeemable for cash except as required by law; additionally, upon request, unredeemed balances of less than $10.00 will be redeemed for cash. It cannot be used to purchase other Chipotle Mexican Grill Gift Cards, because that’s like wishing for more wishes. Unauthorized resale is prohibited. If you purchase this E-Gift Card from a re-seller, you do so at your own risk as Gift Cards sold by a re-seller may not have any value. Chipotle Mexican Grill is not responsible for unauthorized use of this E-Gift Card. Except in certain circumstances the value in this E-Gift Card will not be replaced if the E-Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed. Use of this E-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. This E-Gift Card can only be redeemed in the USA. Subway® eGift Card Terms & Conditions:

The Subway® Card is issued by Value Pay Services LLC. This Subway® Card can be loaded with a dollar value and used to purchase goods and services at participating Subway® restaurants in the U.S. and Canada, and online at www.subway.com or through the Subway® App. The Card may not be used to purchase other Cards and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law. The prepaid card balance never expires, nor are any fees charged in connection with its use. Check your balance at www.subway.com or call 1-877-697-8222. The remaining balance on lost, stolen, or damaged Cards will be replaced only if the Card has been registered and proof of purchase is provided.
