Mobil 1 Gift with Purchase Offer (“Offer”) is limited to purchases made at Take 5 Oil Change locations.

In return for the opportunity to participate in the Mobil 1 Gift with Purchase Offer described herein (the “Offer”), ExxonMobil Oil Corporation (“ExxonMobil” or “Sponsor”) requires your agreement, and you hereby agree, to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Official Rules”).

Participation constitutes the Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules.

To receive your $15.00 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard®] (“Gift”) by email:

  1. Meet all conditions herein,
  2. Purchase an oil change with any Mobil 1 motor oil (“Eligible Mobil 1 Product”) at a Take 5 Oil Change location at participating Take 5 Oil Change locations, between November 1, 2024, and February 28, 2025 (“Promotion Period”), and
  3. Redeem online per the process below.
Offer valid while supplies last and is limited to three (3) Gifts per household. Offer valid only up to, and limited to, a maximum aggregate Sponsor-paid cumulative award value of $60,000. Offer is void for any attempts to redeem this Offer once Sponsor has reached said capped dollar amount.

To redeem online:

  • Take a photo of your sales receipt from a Take 5 Oil Change location, dated during the Promotion Period, or create a scanned image of the receipt, showing your purchase of Eligible Mobil 1 product(s); and
  • Visit promotions.mobil.com/offers/15bucks, and complete the offer form, including your name, address (no P.O. Boxes except in ND and AK), city, state, zip code, and email address (necessary for delivery of your $15.00 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard); and
  • Upload your image of the original sales receipt with Eligible Mobil 1 product(s) circled. Review your uploaded image for clarity (illegible images will not be accepted) and click Submit. Online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CT, February 28, 2025, to be eligible.
To redeem by mail:

  • Purchase Eligible Product(s) at a Take 5 Oil Change location during Promotion Period; and
  • Print your name, physical address (no P.O. Boxes except in ND and AK), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included), and email address (necessary for delivery of your $15 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard) on the official offer form.
  • Send the original receipt with Eligible Product(s) circled and the completed offer form, postmarked by February 28, 2025, to:

Offer conditions: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, at least the age of majority in your state of residence (19 in NE and AL, 21 in MS, and 18 in all other states). Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and where prohibited, restricted, or taxed. Eligible Mobil 1 product(s) must be purchased at Take 5 Oil Change locations, together on one (1) receipt. Limit three (3) Gifts per household. Offer eligible for in-stock items only. All mail-in offer submissions must be postmarked by February 28, 2025, and received by March 7, 2025. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CT February 28, 2025.

Allow approximately eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks for email delivery from domain “@apfmailer.com,” following receipt and verification of all required documentation. Replacement requests, for any reason, will not be considered after thirty (30) days of shipment. Pay close attention to the expiration date on your Virtual Prepaid Mastercard; prepaid cards have expiration dates. Your monies may be used up to the last day of the month of expiration. Prepaid card terms and conditions apply. Offer valid only for individual consumers (“Participant(s)”); requests from groups, businesses, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. Offer cannot be combined with any coupon and/or discount card. Incomplete, damaged, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, altered and/or forged receipts or offer forms of any kind, or receipts or offer forms not obtained through authorized channels, will not be accepted (except as specifically provided herein for online submissions). Invalid or duplicate requests will not be honored or returned.

By participating, Participant agrees to be bound by these terms and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor; Take 5; TPN Holdings, LLC; and their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, or postage-due mail, or for any errors of any kind relating to this offer. All requests become the property of Sponsor and are nonreturnable. Sponsor has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem, or return requests not in compliance with these terms. The U.S. Postal Service statutes prohibit acts devised to defraud or to obtain money or property by false or fraudulent means if the postal system is involved. This would include, among other things, the use of fictitious names or addresses. This offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without Sponsor’s written permission. Trading, buying, selling, or manufacturing of receipts or offer forms is a violation of the terms of this promotional offer. Participant hereby releases and shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Released Parties harmless against any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), or any other liability, which any of them may incur or for which any of them may become liable, arising out of the wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of or alleged violations of law by Participant in connection with the Offer, including claims arising from or related to actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or any actual or alleged violation of any other intellectual property or proprietary rights arising from or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Offer.

BY ENTERING THE OFFER, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT 1.) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE OFFER, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; 2.) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE OFFER BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND 3.) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

Participants in this promotional offer (if minor, their parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that Sponsor and their designees and assignees may use the Participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video, or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.
