PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES THE ENTRANT'S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO, AND ACCEPTANCE OF, THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

TIMING: The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on February 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on March 31, 2024 (“Promotion Period”) and is limited to individual consumers (“Participant”) during the Promotion Period. Promotion is sponsored by ExxonMobil Oil Corporation, 22777 Springwoods Village Parkway, Spring, TX 77389 and administered by Arrowhead Promotion and Fulfillment Co., Inc. (the “Administrator”).

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to residents of the 50 contiguous U.S. / D.C. states who are (i) U.S. citizens or permanent residents at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of legal residence, whichever is older as of date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of the Sponsor, the other Promotion Entities (as defined below) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees or officials of any government, or government-owned or government-controlled entity, that has regulatory authority over EMOC or any of its affiliates and any and all other companies associated with the Promotion are not eligible to participate or win a Prize. The "Promotion Entities" shall mean organizations directly involved with this Promotion including, Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective subsidiaries or affiliated entities, and their officers, employees, and agents.

Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winners. Void in, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other US Territories and Possessions, and wherever else prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, there is one way to enter;

RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about April 5, 2024, from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. Random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, or the representative of the Sponsor whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Promotion.

ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize at random from all remaining eligible entries.

PRIZES (1): One (1) winner (“Winner”) will receive a custom Mircosoft Xbox console. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $349.00.

TOTAL OVERALL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: The total ARV of all Prizes is $349.00.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winners. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All winners with prize values of $600 or more must supply Sponsor and/or Administrator with their social security number. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of winner for the actual value of the Prize awarded if the actual value of prize is $600 or more. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the winner’s responsibility. Please allow four (4) weeks for shipment of Prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE; INDEMNIFICATION: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Promotion itself, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Promotion; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, entry, or participation in this Promotion or in any sweepstakes-related activity, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery; (c) to indemnify Promotion Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Promotion and to hereby acknowledge that Promotion Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to Prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by Prize supplier that are sent along with Prize and (d) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph, caption, entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use. By participating, entrant also agrees not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Promotion without the prior consent of the Sponsor, which it may withhold in its sole discretion. Promotion Entities are not responsible for postage-due mail or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, illegible, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of any prize, or in any Promotion-related materials. Promotion Entities are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of Texas, USA.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries or individuals from the Sweepstakes and any sweepstakes it sponsors and (a) suspend the Sweepstakes and modify the Sweepstakes to address the impairment, then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
