Mobil 1™ National 2026 Sweepstakes

In return for the opportunity to participate in the Mobil 1 Summer 2026 Sweepstakes described herein (the “Sweepstakes”), ExxonMobil Oil Corporation, 22777 Springwoods Village Parkway, Spring, TX 77389, (“Sponsor”) requires your agreement, and you hereby agree, to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Official Rules”). The Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on May 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT August 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All copyrights and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Universal Parties. Universal Pictures, a division of Universal City Studios LLC, and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, including, without limitation Universal Studios Licensing LLC and Universal Studios Hollywood (collectively, the “Universal Parties”), are not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes, the collection of entries, selection of winners, or the fulfillment of prizing. Any questions you have regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor and not to the Universal Parties.

Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in his or her state of residence and are at least 18 years of age or older (or 19 if a resident of AL or NE) as of May 1, 2026. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, all other U.S. Territories and Possessions, and wherever else prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of the Sponsor, the other Sweepstakes Entities (as defined below) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, employees or officials of any government, or government-owned or government-controlled entity, that has regulatory authority over ExxonMobil Oil Corporation or any of its affiliates, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a Prize (as defined below).

The "Sweepstakes Entities" shall mean organizations directly involved with this Sweepstakes, including (Sponsor and Administrator) Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc., and each of the preceding entities’ respective subsidiaries or affiliated entities, and their officers, employees, and agents.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter in any of the six (6) following entry methods (each an “Entry Method”):

ONLINE ENTRY WITH PURCHASE: To enter via this method of entry, during the Sweepstakes Period, purchase any five (5) quarts or more of any Mobil 1™ motor oil at a participating retailer (excluding AutoZone and Amazon), (a “Qualifying Purchase”). Then, visit mobil1.com/fastfurious (the “Website”) to complete and submit an official entry form, including uploading a copy of your in-store or online receipt showing your Qualifying Purchase between May 1, 2026, and August 31, 2026, to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Once the entry form and photo of your Qualifying Purchase is received and verified, Participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

MAIL-IN ENTRY WITH PURCHASE: To enter via this method of entry, purchase any five (5) quarts or more of any Mobil 1™ motor oil at a participating retailer, (a “Qualifying Purchase”). Print your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included), and email address on the official rebate form. Mail the original receipt showing your Qualifying Purchase between May 1, 2026, and August 31, 2026, with Qualifying Purchase circled along with the completed form to: Mobil 1 National 2026 Offer, P.O. Box 1045, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-1045, to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Once the entry form and photo of your Qualifying Purchase is received and verified, Participant will receive one (1) entry into Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026, and received by September 8, 2026, to be eligible.

Limit four (4) combined entries via Entry Method 1 and Entry Method 2.

ONLINE ENTRY WITH PURCHASE AT O’REILLY AUTO PARTS: To enter via this method of entry, during the Sweepstakes Period, purchase any five (5) quarts or more of any Mobil 1™ motor oil at a participating O’Reilly Auto Parts store, (a “Qualifying Purchase”). Then, visit mobil1.com/fastfurious or (the “Website”) to complete and submit an official entry form, including uploading a copy of your in-store or online receipt showing your Qualifying Purchase between May 27, 2026, and July 28, 2026, to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Once the entry form and photo of your Qualifying Purchase is received and verified, Participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry via Entry Method 3.

ONLINE ENTRY WITH PURCHASE AT A PARTICIPATING INSTALLED LOCATION: To enter via this method of entry, during the Sweepstakes Period, purchase a Mobil 1 oil change (with a minimum five (5) quarts or more of any Mobil 1™ motor oil) at a participating installed location, (a “Qualifying Purchase”). Then, visit mobil1.com/fastfuriousoil (the “Website”) to complete and submit an official entry form, including uploading a copy of your in-store or online receipt showing your Qualifying Purchase between May 1, 2026, and August 31, 2026, to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Once the entry form and photo of your Qualifying Purchase is received and verified, Participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

MAIL-IN ENTRY WITH PURCHASE AT A PARTICIPATING INSTALLED LOCATION: To enter via this method of entry, purchase a Mobil 1 oil change (with a minimum five (5) quarts or more of any Mobil 1™ motor oil) at a participating installed location, (a “Qualifying Purchase”). Print your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included), and email address on the official rebate form. Mail the original receipt showing your Qualifying Purchase between May 1, 2026, and August 31, 2026, with Qualifying Purchase circled along with the completed form to: Mobil 1 National 2026 Installed Offer, P.O. Box 2535, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-2535, to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Once the entry form and photo of your Qualifying Purchase is received and verified, Participant will receive one (1) entry into Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026, and received by September 8, 2026, to be eligible.

Limit four (4) combined entries via Entry Method 4 and Entry Method 5.

FREE METHOD OF ENTRY: You may enter the Sweepstakes and receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes by hand-printing your full name, address, city, state and zip code and day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), and email address on a 3"x5" postcard and mailing it in a #10 sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to: Mobil 1 National Sweepstakes FREE Mail-in Entry, P.O. Box 4006 Dept P4332, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4006. Sponsor will use email addresses provided via the Mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon Participant's provision of this information. Once the entry form is received and verified, the Participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026, and received by September 8, 2026, to be eligible.

For purposes of this Sweepstakes, for each online Entry Method, “receipt” of an entry occurs when Sponsor/Administrator’s server records the entry information resulting from the Participant selecting the “SUBMIT” button. Automated entries (including but not limited to entries submitted using any robot, script, macro, or other automated service) are not permitted and will be disqualified.

Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries.

LIMIT: Nine (9) Entries into the Sweepstakes per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, subject to the limits of entry by each Method of Entry (above), regardless of the method of entry, mailing address, or email address. NO PO BOXES ALLOWED (except in ND). Multiple entries in excess of the limit received during the Sweepstakes Period from any person, mobile phone number, household address, or email address after the first entry received from that person, household address, or email address, will be void. Once submitted, an entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of a Participant that submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING AND ODDS OF WINNING: On or about September 20, 2026, fifteen (15) winners (“Winner”) will be selected in the drawing (“Drawing”) that will be conducted by Administrator.

Odds of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Decisions of Sponsor are final.

PRIZES:Fifteen (15) Grand Prize Winners (each, a “Winner”) will each receive a trip to Universal Studios Hollywood (“Trip”) in Hollywood, California. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) to Hollywood, California, for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”), 4-Days/3-Nights hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room, double occupancy) (room rate and room tax only), two (2), one (1) day, general admission tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood, a $1,200.00 meal allowance, and a $500.00 transportation allowance. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $5,000.00.

Upon accepting the Prize, Winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that neither Sponsor, the Universal Parties, nor any other person associated with the distribution, development, and execution of this Sweepstakes, or any of their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents makes any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The total ARV of all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is up to $75,000.00.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Only the prize specified above will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. All federal, state, and local income taxes, insurance, registrations, and title fees connected to the prize are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. All Winners agree to release the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded. No substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted.

Actual value of Trip may vary based on point of departure and dates of travel. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of trip destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice, at least thirty days prior to travel. Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all travel documents prior to travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Location of seats will be determined by Sponsor. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified thereon. Winner and Guest agrees to comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize.

Guest must be sixteen years of age or older and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If Guest is a minor, winner must be his/her parent/guardian, or be accompanied by his/her parent/guardian and parent/guardian will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release, on their behalf, prior to issuance of travel documents. By participating and accepting Grand Prize, winner represents that he/she understands that travel, whether by plane, automobile, or other conveyance, or by foot, and in the air, contains some inherent element of risk of accident, illness, injury, loss or death, which may be caused by negligence, forces of nature, or other agencies, known or unknown. Winner and his/her Guest represent that they recognize that such risks may be present at any time before, during and after the trip. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Travel must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to departure. Blackout dates may apply.

Air transportation and hotel accommodations are subject to availability. All other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not stated in the prize description above as being provided including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and tips will be the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide tickets to any event or any portion of the trip is cancelled for any reason, no compensation or substitution will be provided for that portion of the prize; however, the remainder of the prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Winner must travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Trip must be completed by September 20, 2027. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Prize details and availability are subject to change; in which case, a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. All federal, state, and local income taxes and fees connected to the prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. Any Winner whose annual cumulative prize value is $2,000.00 or more must supply the Sponsor and/or Administrator with their social security number. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of Winner for the actual value of the Prize awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Winner’s responsibility. Limit one (1) Prize per person, email, or household.

All federal, state, and local regulations apply. Winner agrees to release the Sponsor, and Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the Sweepstakes or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded. No substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted. Prepaid card terms and conditions apply.

Universal Studios Hollywood is not a sponsor, administrator, nor prize provider of this Sweepstakes and is not responsible for the promotion, administration, winner selection, or prize fulfillment. All disputes with Universal Studios Hollywood arising out of or relating to any person’s use of, or participation in, the theme park tickets portion of the Prize shall be fully and finally adjudicated by binding arbitration to the fullest extent allowed by law (an “Arbitration”) in Los Angeles, California. The Arbitration shall be administered by JAMS in accordance with the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedure of JAMS (available at https://www.jamsadr.com/rules-streamlined-arbitration/) or subsequent versions thereof, including the optional appeal procedure.

CLAIMING PRIZE: As a condition of winning the prize, Winner will be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, and other applicable forms required by a taxing authority, within ten (10) days of written prize notification, or prize will be forfeited, and an alternative Winner may be selected. Winner will be contacted by an email sent to their email address that they used in their online entry. If a potential prize Winner does not respond within ten (10) calendar days from the first notification attempt, an alternate Winner may be selected. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. In the event that the potential Winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within ten (10) days of the date of issuance or declines the Prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the drawing at issue.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. All prize details are at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to a virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable), this cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable. Under no circumstances will Participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DEFRAUD, DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

USE OF DATA: Sponsor will be collecting Participants’ personal data in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy that can be reviewed at the following link: http://www.exxonmobil.com/Global-All/Legal/privacy.aspx. Please see the full Privacy Policy for details. Participant’s personally identifiable information is not shared with third parties unless we give prior notice and choice. We do not rent, disclose, or share personal information or aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. Though we may use an intermediary to conduct Sweepstakes, they may not use Participant’s personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy. Participant’s information (excluding mobile phone number) will be used for purposes of direct marketing, research, and monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of ExxonMobil Oil Corporations’ products.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering the Sweepstakes, where permitted by law, Participants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, the Universal Parties, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries to any person (including death) or property of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of the prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of the prize. Participants further acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Entities have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. If due to a printing, production, programming or other error, more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified and validated prize claims received for that prize level. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes stated in these Official Rules.

By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any Participant that Administrator determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

DISPUTES: In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Winner based on an email address entry, the winning entry will be decided in favor of the authorized account holder of the email address used at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for administering the domain responsible for the email address chosen.

BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT 1.) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; 2.) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS' FEES; AND 3.) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and Sponsor, or the Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with United States law. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts of Texas, and the parties’ consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these Official Rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. The value of the prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determinations of the ARV thereof and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of any prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash.

SWEEPSTAKES RULES: These Official Rules will be posted on Sponsor’s website at mobil1.com/fastfurious during the Sweepstakes Period.

WINNERS LIST REQUESTS: To request confirmation of the winners, please send a self-addressed, stamped, business-sized envelope by September 8, 2026, to: Arrowhead Promotion & Fulfillment Co., Inc., 1105 SE 8th Street, Attn: Mobil 1 Summer 2026 Sweepstakes Winner List, Dept P4332, Grand Rapids, MN 55744.
