Mobil 1™ Oil Change Gift with Purchase Offer Terms and Conditions

Mobil 1™ Oil Change Gift with Purchase Offer (“Offer”) is limited to purchases made at participating General Motors Dealership service lanes featuring Mobil 1 motor oil (“Participating Location(s)”).

In return for the opportunity to participate in the Mobil 1 Oil Change Gift with Purchase Offer described herein (the “Offer”), ExxonMobil Oil Corporation (“ExxonMobil” or “Sponsor”) requires your agreement, and you hereby agree, to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Official Rules”).

PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES THE PARTICIPANT’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO, AND ACCEPTANCE OF, THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

Purchase an oil change with any Mobil 1 product subject to availability (“Qualifying Purchase”) at a participating General Motors Dealership (US only) between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026, (“Promotion Period”) to receive your Bluetooth speaker via mail, while supplies last.

Offer valid while supplies last and is limited to one (1) gift per household.

To redeem online:

• Purchase an oil change with available Mobil 1 Product(s) at a Participating Location during the Promotion Period; and
• Take a photo of your sales receipt and complete the online offer form at promotions.mobil.com/offers/pressplay. Then upload the photo of your sales receipt dated during the Promotion Period from a Participating Location with Eligible Product(s) indicated. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST, September 30, 2026.

Offer conditions: Offer is valid to legal residents in the 50 United States and D.C. at least the age of majority in your state of residence (19 in NE and AL, 21 in MS, and 18 in all other states.) Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited, restricted, or taxed. Only available while supplies last. Mobil 1 Products must be purchased at a participating General Motors Dealership within the continental United States together on one (1) receipt and for in-stock items only. Limit one (1) gift per household.

All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST September 30, 2026.

Allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for shipment following receipt and verification of all required documentation. Replacement requests, for any reason, will not be considered after thirty (30) days of shipment. Offer valid only for individual consumers (“Participant(s)”); requests from groups, businesses, clubs, or organizations will not be honored. Offer cannot be combined with any coupon and/or discount card. Incomplete, damaged, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, altered, and/or forged receipts or offer forms of any kind, or receipts or offer forms not obtained through authorized channels, will not be accepted (except as specifically provided herein for online submissions). Invalid or duplicate requests will not be honored or returned.

By participating, Participant agrees to be bound by these terms and the decisions of ExxonMobil, which are final and binding. ExxonMobil; General Motors; TPN Holdings, LLC; and their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, incomplete, misaddressed, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, or postage-due mail, or for any errors of any kind relating to this offer. Employees of the Released Parties, including affiliates, agents, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to participate in offer. All requests become the property of ExxonMobil and are nonreturnable. ExxonMobil has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem, or return requests not in compliance with these terms. The U.S. Postal Service statutes prohibit acts devised to defraud or to obtain money or property by false or fraudulent means if the postal system is involved. This would include, among other things, the use of fictitious names or addresses. This Offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without ExxonMobil’s written permission. Trading, buying, selling, or manufacturing of receipts or offer forms is considered to be in violation of the terms of this promotional offer. Participant shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Released Parties harmless against any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), or any other liability, which any of them may incur or for which any of them may become liable, arising out of the wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of or alleged violations of law by participant in connection with the Offer, including claims arising from or related to actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or any actual or alleged violation of any other intellectual property or proprietary rights arising from or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Offer.

BY ENTERING THE OFFER, PARTICIPANTS AGREE THAT 1.) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE OFFER, OR ANY PRIZES AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; 2.) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE OFFER BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND 3.) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MUTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

By participating in the Offer, you hereby agree to ExxonMobil’s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. Participant’s information will be used for purposes of direct marketing, research, and monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of ExxonMobil’s products.

Participants in this promotion (if minor, their parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that ExxonMobil and the Released Parties and their designees and assignees may use the Participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video, or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission, or notification.
